Section 1 — General Provisions

Account Transfer Prohibited
A j77jj account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or gift your account to any other person. Transferring any balance or winnings from your account to another account is also prohibited.

Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 25x applies to all bonuses. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. The contribution of certain games toward the wagering requirement may vary — details will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses must be used within a specified time period — the expiry will be stated in each offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, j77jj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

VIP Program
j77jj has three VIP levels. Players can advance to higher levels through regular gameplay:
- Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
VIP cashback is credited every Monday. The cashback amount and calculation method may change at j77jj's discretion.
Section 6 — Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
j77jj is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are sourced from certified software providers and are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of each game is generated independently and without any predetermination.
Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, j77jj may declare that round void and refund the bet. If an abnormal payout occurs due to a technical error, j77jj reserves the right to cancel that amount. In such cases, please contact the support team.
Betting Limits

- Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
Account Closure by the User
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw all verified balances before closing your account. Any remaining bonus balance in a closed account will be forfeited.
Section 9 — Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
